Kate Moss Launches A Sparkling 1970’s Inspired Line

Kate Moss will launch her 1970’s Bohemian autumn 2010 collection tonight at the Topshop Oxford Circus flagship store. This will be the last season line from the 3-year collaboration and will feature key pieces from the previous 14 collections as well as Kate’s latest vintage-boho designs.

A host of new day dresses are to hit the shops, mostly featuring delicate cottons, floral prints and bell-shaped sleeves. The use of stitch panels and emroidered flower is sweet and creates an almost hand-made feel. The real star of the show are Kate’s evening dresses – part of a sparkling line of partywear including the luxurious spot tulle dress and the one shoulder dobby spot dress. Many of the designs are limited edition so if you want one for the Christmas party season then you better hurry.

And there’s plenty more to keep you shopping – anything from girly flirtatious underwear pieces to vintage cocktail rings and star necklaces. Ten of the all-time bestsellers from previous seasons are also making a comeback, including several of our favourite dresses such as the pansy print dress, the one-shoulder skater dress and the panther shoulder mini.

This is the last mainline collaboration, but fear not as Kate Moss is not going anywhere and will continue to work with Topshop on special limited-edition projects.
